Who uses this app

vault-gmail is a personal tool used only by its developer to access the developer's own Gmail account. It is not distributed to or used by anyone else.

What data is accessed

With the owner's consent through Google OAuth, the app reads message metadata, message bodies and attachments, manages labels, and creates drafts in the owner's own mailbox.

How data is used and stored

• Data is used only to show, organize and save the owner's own mail on the owner's computer.
• Saved attachments and the OAuth token are stored only on the owner's local computer.
• No data is sold, shared, transferred to third parties, or used for advertising or for training AI models.
• The app does not send email automatically.

vault-gmail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions, and local data can be deleted from the owner's computer.
